Client is not submitting requirements in custom offer

Hi there.

I send custom offer to a buyer, he accepted the offer but he is not submitting the requirements (Login details). 

This will effect to my gig if I cancel this order? 

Due date is 16/11. 

If this will late (after 16/11) it will considered as late?

You should change your settings so that the order doesn't start unless the requirements are completed first.

You can cancel the order and explain it to customer service. I believe they have said in the past that if you cancel because you didn't have enough information to do the job, you can email them and explain and they will reverse any negative affect from the cancellation
