Should I click "Delivery now"?

  1. So I just recieved my first order, but the thing is, I'm offering a coaching service, but my client will decide when to start the session. It has only 12 hours left, so if my client doesn't decide when to do it in time, will I have my reputation screwed because of that? Should I click on "extend delivery date"?

your first step should be message your buyer and ask him/her about is he decided when to start and also ask can i extent the delivery 

useful tip:

get in touch on daily basis with buyer until he/she start the session

You can ask an estimated time from your buyer.

Then,

You can send time extension request just below the delivery time on the order page.
Or you can use resolution center to send time extension request. Resolution center option available on bottom of right sidebar on order page.

Select time as needed with a discussion.

If buyer do not response in the meantime, and deadline time over, order will mark "Late" status. But no worries, as soon as you get your buyer online, ask him to accept the time extension, so the order will be in progress automatically.

When you deliver an order after extension (in progress stage), though it was late once, but it will not affect on your delivery on time metrics.
