if you have completed 10 orders with best reviews fiverr will rank your gig you don't need do anything. Only focus on your work and quality.

Finally, the buyer request stopped completely. But at this time how will the newcomers get work?
Note: I have been giving gigs for 9 months and have not received any brief that I have received many jobs through buyer requests.

Gigs are shared on the first page based on performance. And they are changing those gigs on the first page every few days, if not daily. So all you need to do is to have the best performance, great reviews, little to no cancellations, little to no late orders and no warnings. Answered by @donnovan86.
