What should I do in my profile to get received first get opportunity or get brief notification?

Go to your gig page and turn on the briefs. You can set a minimum price too.

........I think this comes by luck but you must also turn ON your "get brief" on your Gig page and set your rate so that you'll be matched with the most suitable buyers' brief.
