Did not receive money withdrawn

Hi, So i have withdrawn my money from fiver, i did not receive in my pay pay account and pay pal has has blocked my account, no idea for what reasons- so in this case i have a withdrawn money but i dony know where it went? will  get my money back? Pls Help.

PayPal blocking your account will not have anything to do with Fiverr. PayPal and Fiverr are separate platforms, and many other sellers receive payments through PayPal. It may seem like you have a problem with PayPal and you should contact them for support.

Maybe you didn't verify it, and PayPal will require you to verify the account if you are withdrawing over $2500, not sure if this is the limit now, it was when I verified.

Hi, Yes u are right but when i  clicked withdrawn in fiverr, got a mail that yes u have withdrawn the amount successfully,

but i got other mail saying that to receive money in your account you have to submitted docs, when i uploaded my docs, it did not work, they asked to upload again. i uploaded 2nd time, then Cut to- direct after that i got a mail saying from PayPal, that your PayPal account has blocked. Now i do not have money in PayPal. and not in fiverr.. in that case will i get money back i fiverr account?
