Reversal of Payment from PayPal

Hi there,

I'll directly jump to the topic. I had some amount in my wallet which I wanted to withdraw.

I always use Payoneer for it as PayPal is not available in our Country (Pakistan).

When I clicked on Withdraw (from Mobile) in the earnings section, Fiverr sent an email to confirm the withdrawal which I did.

After that, I received an email from Paypal to receive the payment but as I know PayPal is not available in Pakistan nor I add any account of Paypal in my Fiverr.

 

Only the account of my Payoneer is attached to my Fiverr.

 

Now I'm stuck that how Can I reverse the payment to my fiverr account from that nonexistent PayPal?

 

Please help.
