Say "thank you for your order, you said to DM you for the requirements. What are they? I can't start until I have everything needed to do the work."

I will caution you: brace yourself for the possibility that you might have to cancel. I know this is the first order you've gotten, but if you can't do the work, or if the Buyer doesn't actually have work for you, you won't have any choice.
