mahfuj018 Posted November 6, 2022 Share Posted November 6, 2022 #Help post I am a regular seller in fiver and I have been working in fiver for a long time but last week, I got an order from a buyer the buyer was South African. So the buyer's job was problem solving and business manager set up pixel set up facebook ads making. I did all the work properly and I filled up all the requirements and then asked to deliver the order. As soon as the delivery was made, the cancel dispute was raised, then I told the buyer that why you are raising the dispute again by asking for the delivery of the order, why are you giving the cancel request. Then the buyer accepted the delivery and gave a very bad rating of 1.7. Then everything is fine. Next day I see my gig has been removed by policy violating and I am offering something for this reason. In my gig, although I have completed 19 orders and six orders were running. The buyer did it to get its refund and understand everything and also reported my service as the reason for its cancellation. Then my whole account went under review I actually didn't understand that Fiver took my account under review just because of a buyer's report and all the gigs denied but there was no fault of mine what should I do here? All my work proof submitted to support and challenge that I have done my work 100% and that buyer is behaving fraudulently. I have not received any reply from support till now. His ad account was restricted because his payment option was needed to fill-up that's why i asked him in the order box to come on team viewer and he filled that from his end. mahfuj018 Posted November 6, 2022 Author Share Posted November 6, 2022 Lastly fiverr replied me the reason that I have provided the service os solving disabled ad account that's why the gig was removed and account under review. But i got the job offer by gig matching and my gig was about fb ads making. So isn't appropriate reason that to get restricted because if fiverr allow the buyer to post job such as fb ad account restrictions solving then when we can't so that job and the social media manager need to solve several time to solve the ad account problem during working. mahfuj018 Posted November 7, 2022 Author Share Posted November 7, 2022 Today From fiverr support replied me that they have sent the buyer job post and service he wanted in the review section and after full review completion they will take a decision. Here my question is if the order is cancelled due to the illegal service providing for the buyer fault as my gig doesn't provide that illegal service so the deal was about 85$. Here 30$ was for ad account solving and 55$ was for ad set up, pixel setup, event setup etc. So will i get the 55$ for my legal service which I provided? 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

seven_sign Posted November 12, 2022 Share Posted November 12, 2022 I hope you already left the note to support that, it's not your fault as Fiverr sent you the brief. Additionally, make sure you wrote them, "In get brief system, Fiverr match the best sellers for the task, means Fiverr sending you the brief. Though it's prohibited, but as Fiverr system did that, so I can think it's okay to do it. So, logically I will ask Fiverr to the lift up the restriction from my account. One thing is that they haven't given back the compensate for the order which was cancelled due to policy violation.
