Hello Fiverr, I need some help previous night I received a message from a buyer want to talk outside Fiverr but I reply that buyer outside Fiverr is against its rules, I'm new on Fiverr .so I report to Fiverr for this issue.is it bad or good for my account? Please guide me Thanks.

It's not bad for your account. You're doing Fiverr 'a favor' by helping them identify people who break Fiverr's Terms of Service. However, this doesn't mean it's good for your account as in getting benefits from it. It's simply informing them and that's that!

Those who say to go beyond fiverr are fake.  As far as i know, the account is blocked if it finds out that it is out of fiverr.

You shouldn't need to go outside for buyer discussion. It is possible for banned your fiverr account.
