Asking buyer to complete the order

I work with a buyer frequently and mostly buyer doesn't need revision (we get along very well as I understand buyer's work). Now being a Seller Plus member, we have this condition where if buyer marks order as complete, then, you only get your funds cleared in 7 days. Otherwise it takes 14 days. Now, Can I ask the buyer politely on order page that if no revision is required you can mark the order as complete. Thank you. I hope it doesn't violate any TOS.

You can and you could include it in your delivery message.

I'm not as direct. At the end of my delivery message, I state it this way:

Please take the time to review and make sure everything looks good! If you are satisfied with this delivery, we can close this order.

So I hint for them to close the order but I don't tell them to mark the order as complete. That's their choice.
