why my fiverr account shows 4.9 as a seller but in dashboard it shows 3.3 star

Hey guys thank you for reading my question and sorry for my bad english

so first of all i got 3.3 rating from a client. but my profile review is 4.9

but it shows 3.3 on dashboard and i cant lvl up because of it so is it some kind of glitch or this is how fiverr works ?

To the public, I think you are good.

 

What you see on the dashboard is the 60 days average. It is normal and will reset after 60 days.
