If I change the price of the gig, will it change for my clients that are already in queue?

Hi. I want to change the price for my gig  but I have already have clients awaiting in the queue who ordered the gig with the old price - will this change affect the price for them or only for the new buyers?

The new price will be for your new orders. Your old order price will be like the old price because they purchased before you change the price!

As it was said above it won't change, however you do want to talk with the people in queue and let them know you changed your prices. It's the pro thing to do!
