Issue with Chat

Every time I try to attach a file in chat, the page keep freezing & not functioning at all. Are there anyone here with same experience? Do you have any suggestion?

FYI, This is happening after recent updates to the Fiverr platform. I've been here for more than a year & never had such issues until the recent updates.

If I have my inbox open without refreshing my page for a while, it tells me "error, can not load files" or something like that. Just try refreshing your page and re-attaching!

This is happening with me also.

I recently couldn't send the file until I texted the accompanying message to it. I mean, I was going to send the file without any message. But it's totally fine now.

I've got a fairly high speed connection & it works fine. Sometimes I had to attach the sample files using mobile app & it worked just fine. Problem exist only with the web platform.

02. Logged out and logged in again...

03. Logged out and cleaned browser cookies & logged in again...

Same results.. :(

I tried this too. Unfortunately, no change..
