Does canceling one of my orders affect my application to get pro verification from the Fiverr team?

Hello,
I'm a motion graphic designer and I've been working full-time on Fiverr since a year ago. 
I want to apply for pro verification but about 90 days ago I had a cancelation and since I heard the Fiverr team will review the seller's profile I'm concerned about it.  Is it going to affect my application and confirmation to become a pro seller?

and one further question. Right now I've done almost 80 orders and I'm a level two seller. Is it better to get Top rated badge and then apply for pro verification or doesn't matter?
