Promoted gigs doesn't help

One month ago i started with the promoted gigs, with the 10 USD fiverr gave you, just for my main gig (character animation), but it doesn't help me

I get 526 impressions and 29 clicks, i haven't received any orders, and i already spent 1,48 USD. + It still doesn't appear in the main page of its category

I just want to specify that i'm not a newbie: I work since 2020, and i completed like 80 orders just in this gig, but i don't receive orders since may 2022 

I want to understand if it's normal all of this or not.
