Only you can know that. Check the features and then see if they fit what you want. In general, you receive some extra features that may or may not help your Fiverr business. If you go for the Premium version you also have access to someone from Fiverr that can give you some guidance. So in theory it should help every seller, but how much it will help comes down to you, how you use those features and what you make of them. You can't enter a program and expect thousands of sales, that's unrealistic. 

The program itself won't give you more sales. The knowledge you gain from it and the tools you access can be used in order to generate more sales. But Fiverr's program won't automatically grow your business. YOU are the one supposed to do that.
