Rating problems

Hello, I have a question about ratings. I have orders but, i haven't any ratings yet. Can anyone tell me what is problem ?

Reviews are earned, not requested. You can end your delivery with, "If my work merits a review, please leave one."

Do not ask for one directly.

Thank for the answer, I never directly asked for a rating. I think it's rude.

Try ending the delivery with "If my work merits a review, please leave one." for the next few orders, it's not asking for one directly but it will help you get started.
