Why I am not allowed to read and reply message to some senders in my inbox?

I got some messages from different users which may be related to my gigs. I am facing difficulties seeing and replying to these message.When I open the message it populates “For privacy reasons, this user may not be contacted directly”. Why I am seeing this message ? Is there something wrong with my account or with my gigs ? Waiting response ASAP…
