Hey
i was facing an issue with client and at the end we agreed on the refund. The support was involved in whole thing and they did cancelled my order+refunded the buyer. Now i am asking and waiting for the support team to allow me my funds to withdraw because they have disabled my withdrawal option due to that order. The order, client, and me. Everyone is satisfied and fine but dont know why the support is ignoring me. Its been more than a day they are not replying.
if any support member read this, please help me. i can send you the support request number. i have opened the new as well but same, no reply!

Support neither reads the forum nor responds here.

Opening another ticket about the same issue just slows things down.
