Is it legal to sell Any social media account on fiverr?

Some time many buyer message for buy a old social media account. And i have seen many buyer request, their need to buy old social media account or ad account, Is it allowed from fiverr? If it's legal then how I will share password and user name with that?

It’s not legal to sell followers/likes/views/subscribers on any social media, or to promise/state/imply that your buyers will get them. If you try to do it anyway, sooner or later, your gigs will get removed, and if you keep trying, your account could get banned, too.
