Promote Unqualified Problem

My gig first promote started 7 months ago and generated good earnings for 2 months. After 2 months, it becomes unqualified. Again it is qualified after 3 months. Again, it becomes unqualified after 21 days. Then qualified 1 week before. I completed 1 order in this 1 week with 5 star review. This is again unqualified.

Why is it getting unqualified over and over again without any problems?

I have the same problem. My gigs were promotable for a few months but now they are Unqualified! I have very good 4,9 overall ratings & stuff.
