Fiver account ID Verification Pronblem

Hi everyone

My account is temporarily disabled due to the verification of my ID
I have only my national identity card,(Not have a passport or driving license) whenever I upload a picture of my Identity card and selfie, an Error appears as attached. Kindly guide
