which affects my engagement more a negative review or cancelling an order ?

i have a client who acts like he understands everything but he knows nothing , although he send me unclear instructions and bad quality pictures i did my best to deliver a high quality designs and gave him a-lot of options to choose from but said he want to cancel and he never  talked about the designs or the comments and so on , so which is better to not accept his cancellation request and continue or accept the cancellation , cause i don't want to affect my engagement .
