Sent money on wrong email

Money was sent to the wrong email on my Fiverr account by mistake. That email does not have a paypal account. What do I need to do now to get the money?

Hi @hikmatyar483, If money was sent successfully, then it had to have gone to some account, or else the transaction would have shown up as "failed."

Are you sure that you don't have a PayPal account with that email? Did you have an old PayPal account with that email (and just haven't used that account for a while)?
