Enable this feature from GIGS Page. Set the price based on your skills and gigs packages too but it would be better if you test the feature by trying different prices like $10, $15 and so on and observe at what prices you are able to get the match jobs!

How long does it take before you can get a brief? I never got a brief since almost a month now.

It depends what price you have set.. Start from the lowest price either $10 or $15 and then observe!
