Buyer requested something I could do, but I currently don't offer it in any of my already existing gigs. What do I do now?

The only thing I currently offer on my profile are text translations. Now there's this person who asked me to do a recording job. I would be willing to do the job, but I obviously I don't have any gigs suitable for their request I could send them an offer for. What do I do now? Do I just create a new gig for this?

Just create a custom offer and write the order description.

Yeah.. top guy is right. If your client ask additional work, create a custom offer for relevant request.
