It's probably related to this (this is what Fiverr said a few years ago so the timings may not be the same now):

Quote

When you sign into your Fiverr account there is a 15-minute delay before the system will show you as online to other users. This is represented by the status dot on your profile picture in the top right. When it is gray you are offline and green is for online. There is a timeout if your Fiverr.com page is idle for some time, this is usually 30-45 minutes

So there's probably a similar delay in it putting your gigs in the "online seller" section of the results.  So maybe after logging in/loading a page you might have to wait a certain amount of time (such as 15 mins) before it puts you in that list. But if you don't load a page for about 30 mins it might then remove your gigs from the "online seller" results.

You could contact CS if you want to know exactly. Maybe they could give you the current timings for it.

It's probably some sort of caching/indexing to speed things up. eg. if it checked for sellers loading a page to try to instantly set all their gigs in search results to show in the "online sellers" it may slow the system down too much.

If it never shows in the online sellers section (despite being active for >15 mins) you could contact CS about it. You could also check the status of your gig in the section of the help desk/ticket section that does that (ie. says whether it's active in search results).
