jaorodrigues
When trying to access my notifications, I click the bell icon at the top, but the browser tab freezes, and notifications don't show. My setup: Linux (Pop!OS), Firefox Possible steps to reproduce: Open fiverr.com on seller mode and click on the bell icon on the top. 4
jaorodrigues
Problem does not happen when first opening the page, it happens after a while logged in to the website. Fiverr seems to be consuming an unreasonable amount of RAM, upwards of 16GB. More specifically: running only firefox right after booting up the machine, with only fiverr opened on a tab, with cleared cookies and data, stuff runs well for a while. Then after some clicks here and there, opening customer chats and orders, suddenly stuff stops opening, the bell icon being the first to stop. Then the entire computer starts freezing, with mouse and keyboard delays. Opening the system monitor I see that, with only fiverr opened, there are already 3GB of memory on SWAP, with all the physical RAM being occupied. When closing the browser, all memory is cleared up. I have 16GB of RAM, so it's using around 19GB of memory, there is almost definitely a memory bug going on. 3

There won't be any solution from Fiverr because it has to do with your browser. Switch to another browser or to Windows 🙂
grayprogrammerz
Although fiverr website is bit unreponsive on some occasions, like chat get freezes, then notification sends late, have to refresh etc. But didn't have memory issue like such (windows 10 x64 with 8gb ram). Must be linux issue. Which linux distribution ? Do you verify whether fiverr is only one ? or discord, upwork etc other websites also have same issue ?
