We are just sellers here but I never saw fiverr giving back banned accounts to people who broke the rules. Zero cases.

Nobody on the forum can either disable or give you your account back. You will need to talk to Customer Support (though, as @mariashtelle1said, we never saw Fiverr giving accounts back to people who broke the rules).

Fiverr rules, regulations are very tight. You need to read full terms and conditions before doing work in Fiverr.
