Gig promotion using meta data

Fiverr send me this email today, I am afraid actually, If I edit gig, It maybe drank. 

So how to add metadata in gig?

Hi!

Fiverr is emailing me to add gig metadata. When I try to add and save, Unable to save changes because of the longer gig title, My gig is very old and I have completed many orders on it, 

What should I do now? Any changes in the gig title will "degrade" my gig,

Describe your metadata in a short title and don't edit your title it decreases your gig rank also.
