Why I'm not getting the Promoted Option in my Dashboard

Hello Fiverr Community,

I have More than 1600+ Reviews but I still do not get the Promoted option in my gig, I was earning more than $30000 USD Thousand Dollars from my account. On July 21, 2020, it disappeared and never ever come back again on Fiverr search. I ask to Fiverr Support team Every time ask too Many many tickets on Fiverr about this No one can solve my issue. I Humbly requested Again Please check everything Clearly maybe there is Something Wrong with my account.

promoted gig gets disqualified when you receive a private (which you cannot see) negative review.

There is no issue. None. Nada. You just don't qualify for the Promoted Gigs feature. This is perfectly normal.

You do not need access to the Promoted Gigs feature to be successful on Fiverr.

In 2020 the number of sellers on Fiverr doubled and even tripled in some categories due to the pandemic. It appears you could have received more competition as a result.
