melanielm Posted October 18, 2022 Share Posted October 18, 2022 I'm working with Customer Service for this issue, but wondered if anyone had any super secret trick to make it work. Every time I select a stock image for a buyer, I get an error and the licensing doesn't go through... and it posts a watermarked (un-downloadable) image on the order page. So far I've gotten the usual 'clear your cache and try again' advice, which does nothing. Anyone experience this or have any suggestions?
