gig Can I pause my old gig and create a new gig exactly the same? Will it breach fiverr TOS?

I have a gig on which I have some reviews on but its not getting new orders from a long time and I don't want to delete it but creating the same one again as fiverr does not allow 2 same gigs. Does pausing one gig and creating same exact gig will make me face trouble?

You can do that (eventually, the duplicate gig will get deleted). However, it's not a good idea. I did the same thing when my main gig wasn't performing well; I paused it and created a new one. But the new one performed even worse than that. So I deleted the new one and started to improve the old one. If you are trying to create a new gig over the old one because of a negative review, it will not help because that review will remain. Always respond to buyer reviews, especially to negative reviews. So future buyers can see how it went.
