Find a good client base and establish as a new seller, then maintain and reach to top rated seller is the target, all the difficulties among this journey are the challengers

It's when buyer doesn't care to read what they order and end up making me cancel the order. Doesn't matter how clearly I write the package and gig description as well as FAQ, there will always be that type of buyer. I wouldn't say a "challenge", but rather an unfortunate situation for a Fiverr seller, because there's no way to solve that. I am penalized due to buyer's ignorance and there's nothing I can do about it.
