Pennsylvania isn't allowed?

I'm trying to enter my billing info, and it's not accepting "Pennsylvania" as part of my address, tells me to enter a valid US state. 
Pennsylvania is, of course. Is there a reason Fiverr doesn't do business with people in Pennsylvania, or is this a temporary glitch?

It could be a glitch. I do a lot of business with folks in the state of Pennsylvania.
