After level one, I got no order, no impression, no click.

As I see, after I got level one star, I didn't receive a new client from Fiverr. According to fiverr, the starting price is $80. In the preview, I got too many orders when my gig price was 10 dollars. But not now. I got no clicks, no impressions, no orders. 
What happened to my gig?

Fiverr informed me that if I will not  increase the price of the basic package to ten dollars, I will lose my ranking.

Let me know one thing if I change (service type) like this one: (Programming & Tech > WordPress > Customization ) Is there any impact on my gig or rank? My new keyword is (figma to WordPress.)
