If they were legitimate, they would at least refer to you, your gig, or your packages. What you do is clearly stated in your gig, so this request is bogus. You don't need to explain what you can do - you already have.

Also, they haven't explained what "this type of work" entails. I noticed most scammers can't clearly define their work or what you need to do. And then they want you to explain how you can qualify for this undefined work. They might even throw out a price for you, but if they can't explain what you'll do, it's not worth it.
