If the information was exchanged on the order page and it is necessary to complete the order, it is ok.
Any communication outside the Fiverr platform is forbidden by the Terms of Service. 👇🏻

According to tos, email's are not allowed to be shared unless they are required for the service.

The buyer can still share the project info by attaching it in the inbox.

Hi, We can share the mail if we need it for project purpose. some catagiries job allow the share the contact information like as Virtual Assistant, web and graphics design. Buyer need their contact information showing into the project. But, Remember...Never offer any buyer to work outsite. Be professional and recieve more orders on Fiverr. I have shared a lot time on some projects.

Yes, you can share your mail if buyer ask you to share. but remember never work out side of fiverr marketplace. you should try to get repeat buy for growing your selse and potential customers for increasing gig rank.
