Hello I want to withdraw 208$ to my new fiverr revenue card.

Any one please tell what is the fees of transaction first time and activating. In fees page it say 5$ but most of my friends are saying the payoneer card fees is seperate and 5$ is fiverr.

someone plz tell, I received the payoneer card, when I will withdraw 208$, how much I will get in my account.
