Message inbox not showing.

Hi @mtnovi - If you get an alert that a buyer has messaged you and you don't find that message in your inbox, most likely it's a spam message that is automatically moved to your spam folder by Fiverr.

You may try again by clearing browser cache & cookies. or you can try changing the browser if you used mozila try on google chrome

remove default browser history and unstill then again install web browser then check again maybe showing your inbox text for mobile use app then unstill and re install then maybe ok
