Gig Thumbnail Aspect Ratio

Does anyone else have this problem where the displayed video thumbnail is stretched horizontally even though the video is the correct aspect ratio when played? It is also the correct aspect ratio on the gig page itself. I'm using 1920x1080 resolution. I have tried reuploading and repicking a scene for the thumbnail but it didn't work.

I tried asking Fiverr support but they didn't answer my question (ie. their answer is completely irrelevant). Any help? Thank you.

From what I've seen and read, it depends on the device and monitor that the thumbnail is being displayed on. If you look at it on a tablet, for example, it will appear differently than on a desktop. (My tablet displays it correctly.)
