Promotional gig are unqualified

Well, I am actually confused about the metadata tags and promotional features.

I have promotional feature on my gig. But now my promotional feature says my gig is unqualified for promote.  maybe it happened after edit the gig with new metadata tags which required.

So I am actually concerning about two things... 

First - what will be the video type of Motivational videos - live action or mixed media 

Second - how to get back my promotion feature back. 

Note that I got orders from my previous clients with great reviews and stars on those 2 months.
