Does someone verify your Fiverr account after updating rules?

I can't verify my Fiverr account. Now, For verifying Fiverr they take real time id card photo and real time selfie. I took good quality real time id card photo and real time selfie with smart phone even though I can't verify my account. Are you facing this kind of problem?

You Need fresh high quality image (nid, passport, D/L)

All your linked account should be use same image according to your fiverr account image before verified.
