How to Solve Page Freeze or Bug on Your Fiverr Account

When you face this type of problem the first thing to do is to:

  • Close all pages opened on your browser
  • Make sure your Fiverr account is not logged in to multiple accounts
  • Log out of your Fiverr account
  • Refresh your device
  • Log in back to your account

If the problem persists

Facing this type of problem might be as a result of a bug which can be reported to the Fiverr Support page for clearance
