Order completion rate decreasing

I had my last cancellation on 3rd August 2022 and it has been 63 days since I have had any cancellations but my order completion rate is still falling and is standing at 90% today. There has been no cancellations for over 60 days so it should be 100% by now. Can anyone shed any light on this?

The order completion rate review period is indeed 60 days.

Are you sure you didn't get any cancellations in the past 60 days?
