The partial refund issue seems to be solved (in a strange way)

Even though it's not the best solution, it still solves the issue of partial refunds. 

I am wondering if I will ever see "I accept this order" button.

It's available on similar platforms before an order becomes active.

I agree @vovkaslovesnyy! This will help me when I have to change the order requirements and give partial refunds.

I would love this feature! It would be nice for the clock to not start before all requirements are received. It would also help to cancel orders right away if the buyer is asking for something that is irrelevant or out-of-scope.

Exactly! As I can see, the platform is getting many upgrades, so, it may happen as well.
