What is the probability of getting a refund after modifying the gig?

Recently asked to modify my gig, after modification a gig was denied.

 Note that in this gig, we brought clients Fiverr directly from social media through custom offers, and even though there was a default order, we brought it from social media.

 All three of my other gigs are pending approval.

 My question is will I get the gigs back.
