Add among clients (New Fiverr feature)

There is a feature among the clients. I give all the information and submit. But everything is in pending from the last 15 days. any solution for it.

No, you just have to wait for Fiverr to verify it. One time, mine happened within 24 hours, another time, it took about a month.

What @joyh97said + if you are in seller plus, you can contact your manager to nudge the staff members responsible for this feature.

I currently have 3 companies pending, they only added 1 yesterday. It could be that this is assigned to 1-2 people and the workload is huge.

Same here! My first client was approved right away. I currently have two companies pending and it has been over a month.

Hopefully they have more than 2 people doing this! That would take forever...😲

@guestposting110 - My Success Manager told me that they do reject Top Clients, so as long as it still says "Pending" you are okay and it's still under review.
