Suggestion: Have 3 plans in Seller Plus, not just 2

uk1000

Do you think there should be 3 plans on Seller Plus not just 2 (so the basic package could be cheaper)?

Instead of just having Basic and Premium options in Seller Plus there could be Basic, Standard and Premium options (just like gigs). Having 3 plans could then allow you to make the standard package the price the current basic one is and make the basic price cheaper, so encouraging a lot more sellers to join who may not be able to afford it otherwise.

This is an interesting question and topic, @uk1000!

What if Seller Plus only had a Basic Plan...and all other extras were just add-ons?

For example, the Basic Plan could only have the Buyer Insights and Advanced Analytics at an affordable price.

Add-ons could come in the form of extra packages, such as:

  • The "Value Package" with coupons, faster payments, and no earnings clearance
  • A basic "Success Manager" add-on where any success manager can answer your questions (either via a forum or email)
  • A "Dedicated Success Manager" package with unlimited, personalized support from a dedicated success manager.
  • A "Success" package for priority vetting to TRS, specialized training, or other growth opportunities.

Yes having the other things as extras would also work, especially if each extra was given a simple title/description (basically so it's really simple for sellers). That way a seller could pick which options they wanted and it might be easier for Fiverr to add additional things to it (new extras ) compared to creating new plans/packages (which wouldn't let you have like a checkbox for each thing you wanted). With the basic/standard/premium plan way you may be paying for something you don't want.

And for sellers who wanted more than the value package but couldn't afford one of the success manager options they could have an AI option that could do similar things to some of the things the success managers might do, like helping you with your gigs, giving price suggestions or whatever (but obviously wouldn't be as good, that's why it would cheaper for the seller and cheaper for Fiverr since it would be automated).

I think that AI option would be very helpful for newbie sellers just starting out. I like a lot of the prompts that they already have in place to help sellers.
