Hi there, I am facing a problem for a few days. My response rate is getting down day by. I don't know why. I have just responded to my old 2 buyers' reply late. How can I increase my response rate? Please anyone help me?

Hi @md_nurs_hasan, a lot of time it's related to your spam messages. Check to see if you have any "spam" messages that are being marked as "unread."

You should always reply with a short message, such as "Hi" or "no" before marking them as spam.

Always use the "spam" button and not the "flag." Using the "flag" can sometimes cause issues with your response rate.
